Onyx Boox N96ML/CML WiFi not working

I just bought these two N96s, one ML, one CML and WiFi doesn't seem to work on neither of them. They are connected to the network, but when I try to upload any web page, they seem to try but not manage to do it. I was wondering why?

Bluetooth doesn't seem to work either. It starts getting the transfer, but then it says "cancelled by the user". What's wrong with N96? Nothing works anymore? Or is it just unlucky me?

Bluetooth worked in the end, there was a quick dialogue for accepting the transfer which didn't come up the first time.
