Hi is there any app to make calls/ voice chat with the kindle 3g over wifi?

No. Kindles (e-ink) don't run apps, anyway. And the 3G is there just to deliver books, let you access wikipedia, and the translate function. Amazon is not going to pay for your phone calls.

If you are talking about a Fire, get the Skype app.
