calibre 7.8 cannot generate csv catalog

Hi, can anyone help me with this, I never had before thi problem,
used to create catalogs on cmd line, now this version cannot generate. In conversion menue there does not appear csv onli bib epub and mobi.

It works from the GUI (convert:Create Catalog: CSV is an option)

You said Convert from the command line? You are creating a new (replacement), not converting, which is why the only outputs were book formats. CSV is not a book format

Before The (from the) GUI option was added
It was calibredb -list <options>

Sorry for the wording, of course I am not converting but creating catalog with 'calibredb catalog ....' on cmd line, the msg comes up, cannot generate csv.
On GUI option in convert menue the csv/xml does not show up, only bib, epub, and mobi

I am sorry if I sound like a novic, but I am working with calibre since many years. I uploded a shot. There is no option for csv.

I re-installed calibre 3 times, I would not know where and how I could disable csv. I never had this problem before. Also on command line says cannot create catalog in csv format. I normaly use the csv file for excel and than import them into sql dabase. I am fortunate to kept the recent csv files and excel files from the books. I don't know what to do.

Thanks to all helping me. I reinstalled it again, but before that I deleted all calibre folder such as cash in app roaming folder. And it finaly works, csv apperas again and works on cmd line too. BR I will install the plugin thank you.

If the entry is there (preferences

lugins:catalog generator) , just select, then click the Enable button.
Reinstall does not change things that are already SETUP, that is why most things in Calibre survive uninstall and updates.

That looks like the CSV/XML catalog generator is disabled.
