Did you ever get closure on this? I cannot use my Kindle Fire 7 HD on Windows 7 computer and while I had some outfit call me and say they could help they want me to let them control my computer (which I am very hesitant to do). I will continue looking on the forums but this caught my eye!

Same issue
Did anyone ever get a solution to this problem? Our Fire displays this message almost daily.
We don't use the Kindle off Charger, so we could care less about the charging aspect, but the message is damn annoying. |
