Kobo surveys?

I have contacted Kobo support a couple of times recently and always received an e-mail with a link to Kobo Customer Satisfaction Survey. I have never gotten a chance to fill it though :'(
The web site always says "You have either already completed the survey or your session has expired."
Maybe somebody is filling these surveys for me :-D
Seriously though, did anybody experienced this too?

i ignore any kobo or other surveys that come my way. So I'm no help, but it is odd.

I've had this happen more times than I count. In my experience whenever my interaction with their alleged help desk was unsatisfactory, I got the message you did. If the interaction went well., I was able to complete the feedback survey

Thank you for your replies. I was actually quite satisfied with the way Kobo support handled things. Does not mean I agree with everything Kobo does, but their support was always helpful to me.
Oh well... nobody at Kobo will ever know... what a tragedy ;-)
