Is there an option on Onyx Note 3 . If I switch on my device it will automatically open the last page of the pdf I was reading. If so, how do you set this up on Onyx Note 3

I do not think that such a thing will be possible in a simple way.

You can't. But if it's in sleep mode when you wake it up it will be at the same spot you put it in sleep. Have you changed the Power-off timeout to something longer like 1 or 2 days so the device sleeps for that period rather than shuts off?

It's not quite like that.
It works with another launcher that can launch an app (e.g. SimpleInkLauncher) and this app would have to call up the last page read on startup.
