EPUB to PDF Conversion all words are CAPITAL

HELP PEOPLE,
I am new to Calibre,
I was trying to output my epubs to Pdfs.
But all of the words in PDF turned to be capitalized after conversion.
I did not find any solution in past 2 hours and googled a lot.

Does anyone has an idea how to combat against this?

lol i(asked claude and it gave me some solid advice) figured out,
somehow my fonts setting were changed to STENCIL, its an all cap font...
I dont remember to change it at all.
