Can you explain the reason for that? Is it an engineering issue? what prevents a 13.3" screen from being produced with higher resolution?

I see the Boox 25.3" Mira monitor is only 145 DPI mono- yikes.

If they want to go colour and e-ink colour resolution is half of black & white, it seems to me they will have to produce 13.3" screens with higher DPI since a coloured screen at 207 DPI black & white will only reach about 100 DPI coloured which is too low for proper image resolution.
