And I found a solution:
In Calibre Companion you can set how the file names are assigned when saving:
And there is the possibility: first letter of the author's name/author's name/book title - author.
So only in the 3rd sub-level there are the books and the maximum directory entries are in the 2nd sub-level with the letter B (257 authors).
