Judging by the rising popularity of e-books on smartphones (see
this thread), maybe the issue has more to do with lack of belief in the Connect store, rather than an aversion to releasing top material...
Besides, releasing "non-selling" titles is okay... in many cases, there's someone who'd like to see that material, and will be glad to get it (just like old paperbacks).
