MobileRead Forums - View Single Post - No Local Public Library. Overdrive/Libby Possible?

Probably the wrong place for this, but I don't know of a better one. We've recently moved to a rural area where we don't have a local public library (at least a free one). Is there some way to use Overdrive/Libby without that local library card? I'm assuming our library cards from where we used to live will disappear at some point.
