What do you mean by seperate library?
- Two libraries on the one instance of calibre
- Two seperate libraries on different instances of calibre on same computer
- One library on one computer and another on another computer

I'm not sure if this will work for me. The majority of my manga are Japanese. I even tried Calibre's ISBN, as they do have these, but it didn't pick it up. Should comictagger/your plugin work with non english comics/manga?

Unfortunately the iOS version of CC doesn't allow for different folders.
This probably needs to be updated in the CC FAQ as it seems to suggest that it does work for both android and iOS...
