You just want to view with another format viewer rather than use The Calibre Viewer.

Preferences: Behavior: Remove the ticks on the Right for the formats yo DO NOT want Calibre viewer when you tap V(iew)

Kindles frequently use: AZW,AZW3,AZW4, Mobi
