Interessant: anscheinend nennt man das in Verlagskreisen heutzutage eine "gesetzliche Lücke", wenn das Gesetz nicht das sagt, was man gerne hätte:

Und was ist eigentlich eine "gesetzliche Lücke"? War "Gesetzeslücke" zu profan? was wäre eine ungesetzliche Lücke?
