Difficult choices indeed. I'm finding the whole challenged thing sad instead of interesting. Hemingway and Steinbeck are both high on my lists of authors to read more by, but Hemingway isn't interesting me on this one. I think I'd rather read The Sun Also Rises by him. I'm tossed on the Rushdie entry.
