If you mean in the Codeview window I don't think you can change it, at least not in Windows.

The Sigil EPUB Editor and the Calibre Book Editor use the same UI framework library - Qt (cute). The next version of Sigil will provide a preference setting for cursor width, see ==>> Future Release To-Do Items - the cursor visibility conversation starts at about post 19.

Assuming the Sigil developer's enhancement works, it should be possible to provide a similar enhancement to the Calibre editor.
