Sorry I was away for a while. My slot b is still unbootable. Here are the value I get:

Very impressive thing you got going on here, congrats!!
Also awesome ebook section!!!

Changed to Leaf 2 after 10 years of having a 6th gen Kindle and I'm very very happy! I've been using it for the last couple of days and it's game changer.

I'm looking for a guide to install Koreader which I've read it's also great but I can't seem to find any.

Would someone be so kind to link one?

Go to the folder with koreader.apk (or whatever it is named), hit shift + right mouse click, then open command prompt here, then connect to your device via “adb connect” then do that command above.

However honestly you don’t need to do it via adb, just put it on Leaf 2 and install there in Files

I also use KoReader, you'll notice that if you hold the device upside down the buttons don't change. You'll need a patch for that, it's very simple though.

Save the content below in a textfile, rename it to 2-disable-hw-button-rotation.lua and place it under /koreader/patches/

Do I need to create /koreader/patches/ path? Cause I dont have it in my Leaf2!

Guys Im going nuts over here!!! I love koreader but somehow If I open books from within my Library I get this black area at the bottom:

But If I go to Apps - Koreader and open a book from Books folder I don't see that black area!

Also if I first opened any from Library and then try to open any from inside Koreader I get that black area too, so I have to delete cache from the App to get it back to normal!

Any ideas?

Forgot to mention that I already updated to latest version (2023-05-05) although this happened before too!

It is unclear whether the problem occurred after an Onyx firmware update or after a KOReader update.

It happened to me some time ago and I don't remember why. In any case, if you use KOReader regularly, it's best to disable the navigation bar until someone fixes the problem. Or, more radically, change your reading program.
